A man responds to his father’s call to find out that he has kidnapped a young woman under the pretense of saving an angel from harm.

THE BOY IN THE BOX by Lesley Moreau
A teenage girl comes forward, claiming the identity of girl kidnapped as a baby. She returns home to find the family is still dealing with the repercussions of the kidnapping 16 years ago.

Join Working Title Productions for their inaugural Granite State Playwrights Workshop -staged readings of plays by New Hampshire and New England playwrights.

Inspired by the creative, fast-pace of 24-hour theatre festivals, the workshop brings together actors, directors, and playwrights to rehearse readings of original, new plays over the course of a single weekend, culminating in performances on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 2PM and 6:30PM.

The performance of the readings is one not to be missed, an opportunity for the audience to be a part of the playwrights’ creative process and have a unique glimpse into the life of a new play. Audience members will have the chance to provide feedback on the plays and speak further with the playwrights after the performance.
